All southern belle homes are designed & decorated by Sandy Lutz ... Sandy feels that in A SOUTHERN BELLE HOME you should experience ultimate comfort & luxury. Top of the line materials are used; such as Ashley Millennium solid-wood furniture, Cross Skill linens, comforters, and throw pillows.  Endowed with a keen sense of color, Sandy decorates each themed bedroom with wallpaper borders to match the color schemes.

Rental Rates:
3 Bedroom :: $125-175 per night
2 Bedroom :: $100-150 per night
Taxes: 10%

You will sleep in comfort in half-tester, sleigh, or four-poster beds. Sandy uses five inch pillow top mattresses orders directly from the manufacturer.  Matching solid wood dressers with dove-tailed drawers and marble top tables are just part of the experience.  Professional art from around the world is found in every room. Premium electronics such as flat-screened TVs with cable or satellite, VCR, DVDs. telephones and stereos are all included. You'll feel right at home in our fully supplied, state of the art kitchens with all the modern appliances, new refrigerators, and ranges plus Corian counter tops. Our bathrooms are done with the same sense of style. Relax in sunken Jacuzzi tubs or in your own private swimming pool/spa. These are great condos for rental or real estate investment. Both of the 2 bedroom condos will be on the market. The 3 bedroom condo with the third floor lanai is our favorite. And I am sure you'll make many memories here.
